Initial public offer of 29,337,023* equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each ("Equity Shares") of the company for cash at a price of Rs. 648^ per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 643 per equity share) ("Offer Price") through an offer for sale ("Offer") of 29,337,023* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1900.00 crores*, comprising 4,632,162* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 300.00 crores* by Pradeep Ghisulal Rathod, 11,364,236* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 736.00 crores* by Pankaj Ghisulal Rathod, 7,164,410* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 464.00 crores* by Gaurav Pradeep Rathod (collectively, referred to as the "Promoter Selling Shareholders"), 3,088,107* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 200.00 crores* by Sangeeta Pradeep Rathod, 1,544,054* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 100.00 crores* by Babita Pankaj Rathod, and 1,544,054* equity shares aggregating to Rs. 100.00 crores* by Ruchi Gaurav Rathod (collectively referred to as the "Other Selling Shareholders"), (other selling shareholders together with promoter selling shareholders, collectively referred to as the "Selling Shareholders" and such equity shares offered by the selling shareholders, the "Offered Shares"). The offer includes a reservation of 170,357* equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 10.00 crores (constituting 0.08% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital), for subscription by eligible employees ("Employee Reservation Portion"). The company (acting through the ipo committee), in consultation with the book running lead managers, offered a discount of Rs. 61 per equity share to eligible employees biddng under the employee reservation portion ("Employee Discount"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as "Net Offer". The offer and net offer constitute 13.82% and 13.74%, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company, respectively. The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 5 each. The offer price is 129.60 times the face value of the equity shares. ^ A discount of Rs. 61 per equity share was offered to eligible employees bidding in the employee reservation portion. *Subject to finalisation of the basis of allotment.

Over and above the net trading losses incurred, loss makers expended an additional 28% of net trading losses as transaction costs.
