Integrated Master Securities (P) Limited was incorporated on 3rd July,1995 by Shri S.C.Khaneja who has a rich experience of over 25 Years in the financial and capital market.
The company started its Market operations in January,1996 as a Stock Broker in the Capital Market Segment of National stock Exchange of India Ltd. The Company acquired membership of the Stock Exchange,Mumbai by conversion of individual membership of Shri S.C.Khaneja in February,1998 and the membership of Vadodara Stock Exchange by conversion of individual membership of Smt.Rajni Khaneja,a promoter director of the Company in March,1998.
The company is also a member of Delhi Stock Exchange,Ludhiana Stock Exchange and OTCEI.
In November 1998,the company was admitted as a Depository Participant of National Securities Depository Ltd. The company was also admitted as a Depository Participant of Central Depository Services(India) Ltd in October,2000.
In 2001,the company became a Trading as well as Clearing Member of Futures & Options Segment of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
The Company is managed by a team of young professionals. The Company is a one stop shop for Stock trading and Depository services.
The company has been associated with DSP Merril Lynch,Kotak Securities Limited,JM Morgan Stanley (P) Limited,Enam Securities Ltd,UTI Bank,Key Note Capital and SB Capital Markets Ltd in various public issues.
