Initial public offer of upto 43,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Maharaja & Speedex India Limited ("The Company" or "The Issuer") at an offer price of Rs. 186 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 176 per equity share) for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 80.13 Crores ("Public Offer") comprising a fresh issue of upto 34,46,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 64.10 Crores (the "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of upto 8,61,600 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each comprising of 4,30,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each by Rakesh Kumar Aggarwal and upto 4,30,800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each by Akash Aggarwal ("the Selling Shareholders" or "Promoter Selling Shareholders") ("Offer For Sale") aggregating to Rs. 16.03 Crores, out of which 2,16,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at an offer price of Rs. 186 per equity share for cash, aggregating Rs. 4.02 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The public offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. Offer of 40,92,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an offer price of Rs. 186 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 76.11 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The public offer and net offer will constitute 26.36% and 25.03% respectively of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 186 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price is 18.60 times the face value of the equity shares. Bids can made for a minimum of 1200 equity shares and in multiples of 600 equity shares thereafter.
