Initial public offer 38,08,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Goel Construction Company Limited (the "Company" or "Issuer") for cash at an offer price of Rs. Price band: Rs. 250 to Rs. 263 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price and the cap price are 25 times and 26.30 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively. Bids can be made for a minimum of 800 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each and in multiples of 400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each thereafter.
