Initial public offering of up to 10,469,543 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each ("Equity Shares") of Augmont Enterprises Limited ("Company" or "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 788 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 783 per equity share) ("Offer Price") aggregating up to 825.00 Crores ("Offer") comprising a fresh issue of up to 7,868,020 equity shares of face value Rs. 5 each by the company aggregating up to 620.00 Crores ( "Fresh Issue") and an offer for sale of up to 2,601,523 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 205.00 Crores, comprising of up to 880,710 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 69.4 Crores by Namita Ketan Kothari, up to 880,710 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 69.4 Crores by Vivek Prithviraj Kothari, and up to 840,101 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 66.2 Crores by Dimple Mukesh Kothari (collectively "The Promoter Selling Shareholders") ("Offer For Sale"). This offer includes a reservation of up to 50,761 equity shares of face value Rs. 5 each aggregating up to Rs. 4.00 Crores (constituting up to [*]% of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital) for purchase by eligible employees (the "Employee Reservation Portion"). The offer less the employee reservation portion is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer would constitute [*]% and [*]%, respectively, of the post-offer paid-up equity share capital. Price Band: Rs. 750 to Rs. 788 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each. The floor price and the cap price are 150.00 times and 157.60 times the face value of the equity shares, respectively. Bids can be made for a minimum of 19 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each and in multiples of 19 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5 each thereafter.
