Nifty Realty index ended down 1.16% at 376.55 today. The index is down 1.00% over last one month. Among the constituents, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd slipped 4.36%, Macrotech Developers Ltd dropped 3.72% and Phoenix Mills Ltd rose 2.75%. The Nifty Realty index is down 16.00% over last one year compared to the 0.98% decline in benchmark Nifty 50 index. In other indices, Nifty Pharma index added 1.08% and Nifty Media index has dropped 1.08% on the day. In broad markets, the Nifty 50 increased 0.24% to close at 16985.7 while the SENSEX added 0.22% to close at 57653.86 today.
