The company has fixed August 21, 2026, as the record date for the AGM, with the register of members closed from August 22 to August 28, 2026. Additionally, the board recommended the reappointment of Mr. Mahendra C Raycha as Chairman and Managing Director for a further three-year term, effective July 1, 2026, at a monthly remuneration of Rs 200,000, subject to shareholder approval via a special resolution.
