Viram Suvarn Limited, formerly known as Veeram Securities Limited, has appointed M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as its Secretarial Auditor for five financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, and M/s P H Shah and Co as its Statutory Auditor for the same period, subject to member approval at the company’s upcoming Annual General Meeting. The company also appointed Mr. Yogesh Makwana as Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, while noting the resignation of M/s Neelam Somani and Associates and M/s Shah Karia & Associates from their respective auditor roles, effective September 3, 2026. The 15th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.
