Vidya Wires Limited, formerly Vidya Wires Private Limited, confirmed no deviation or variation in the utilisation of proceeds from its initial public offering during the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on August 11, 2026. The company had raised Rs 2740.00 million through the IPO on December 8, 2025, with funds allocated to capital expenditure for a subsidiary, ALCU Industries Private Limited, repayment of borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
