Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited approved a loan of Rs 5 crore to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited, according to a regulatory filing on Thursday, October 22, 2026. The loan, carrying an interest rate of 9.5%, will be used for working capital requirements and to purchase land for a commercial manufacturing facility for infrastructure-related products, and brings the total loan amount from Vibhor Steel Tubes Limited to Viyom Steel Infra Private Limited to Rs 17.43 crore, adding to a previous loan of Rs 20 crore extended on August 25, 2026.
