Vedant Fashions Limited announced the appointments of Nihir Parikh and Neetu Kashiramka as Additional Independent Directors, effective September 2, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. Parikh, formerly CEO of Nykaa Fashion and NykaaMan, brings extensive experience in consumer technology and e-commerce, while Kashiramka, founder of Neetara Advisors, has over 28 years in finance and corporate governance, including previous roles at VIP Industries and Jyothy Laboratories. The appointments were recommended by the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, while the tenure of Tarun Puri will end on September 5, 2026. Neither new director has any existing relationships with Vedant Fashions personnel and are not debarred from holding a director’s position, with the announcement made in compliance with SEBI regulations.
