Vedant Fashions Limited announced the appointments of Nihir Parikh and Neetu Kashiramka as Additional Independent Directors, effective September 2, 2026, pending shareholder approval at the next Annual General Meeting. Parikh, formerly CEO of Nykaa Fashion and NykaaMan, brings extensive experience in consumer technology and e-commerce, while Kashiramka, a Chartered Accountant and founder of Neetara Advisors, has held leadership roles at VIP Industries and Jyothy Laboratories. The appointments follow a recommendation from the company’s Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and neither new director has any existing relationships with Vedant Fashions’ leadership. Concurrently, the term of Tarun Puri concludes on September 5, 2026.
