UFM Industries Limited has appointed MAS Services Limited as its new Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), replacing Niche Technologies Private Limited, according to a regulatory filing on August 5, 2026. The appointment, approved by the company's board, is intended to streamline RTA processes and leverage advanced technology, with the effective date to be communicated later upon completion of electronic connectivity transfers with NSDL and CDSL, while Niche Technologies Private Limited will continue to provide RTA services until the transition is complete.
