Texmo Pipes and Products Limited reported a gross turnover of Rs 35,728.17 lakhs, a PBDIT of Rs 2,505.66 lakhs, and a profit after tax of Rs 1,125.96 lakhs, according to its annual report. The company, which operates in the plastic industry producing pipes and fittings, commenced commercial production in 2008 and faces significant competition. Shareholders will vote on resolutions concerning director remuneration, with Chairperson Rashmi Agrawal proposed to receive Rs 20,00,000 per month and Managing Director Sanjay Kumar Agrawal Rs 25,00,000 monthly, inclusive of benefits.
