Tech Mahindra Ltd. announced that its Securities Allotment Committee approved the allotment of 25,329 equity shares of Rs 5/- each on September 14, 2026, following the exercise of employee stock options under the Employee Stock Option Plan – 2014 (ESOP 2014) and the Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2018 (ESOP 2018). The allotment comprised 10,379 shares under ESOP 2014 and 14,950 shares under ESOP 2018, increasing the company’s total issued share capital to Rs 4,90,07,95,425 and total issued shares to 98,01,59,085.
