TIPCO Engineering India Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of a 50% stake in Ranks Precision Private Limited for Rs 1,31,62,900 and a 50% partnership interest in Hanutech Engineering Solutions for Rs 1,66,59,971. The acquisitions, which will be treated as related party transactions, will expand TIPCO’s manufacturing capabilities in automotive components and industrial fluid engineering solutions, respectively, and will be completed in due course. Ranks Precision Private Limited reported a turnover of Rs 11,11,10,002 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, while Hanutech Engineering Solutions reported a turnover of Rs 19,53,83,559 for the same period.
