Symbiotec Pharmalab Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 11, 2026, of re-created pledges of shares related to a debenture security agreement initially dated December 10, 2025. The pledges were made to Beacon Trusteeship Limited. Significant shareholdings were pledged by multiple entities, including Anil Satwani, Kashish Satwani, and various family trusts such as the Satwani Family Trust (Kashish and Anil Satwani Family Trust), the Arjun Anil Satwani Family Trust, and the Krishna Anil Satwani Family Trust. Anil Satwani and Kashish Satwani each pledged 21,99,104 shares, representing 3.42% of the total share capital, while the Satwani Family Trust (Anil Satwani) pledged 22,27,734 shares, constituting 3.47%. The re-creation of these pledges suggests a modification or replacement of a previous arrangement.
