The allotment includes 4,99,500 shares to HDFC Mutual Fund - HDFC Manufacturing Fund, 1,24,875 shares each to HDFC Mutual Fund - HDFC Innovation Fund and HDFC Mutual Fund - HDFC Value Fund, 3,74,625 shares to Valuequest India Inflexion Fund, 2,49,750 shares to Minosha India Limited, and 2,49,750 warrants to Deepak Suresh Chaudhari. The total investment amount received is Rs 274,99,97,250, with Rs 12,49,99,875 received as upfront warrant subscription money.
