Additionally, the company issued 163,809 convertible warrants to the same group of investors, generating Rs 42.99 million in upfront payments, representing 25% of the total warrant value. The warrants, priced at Rs 105 each with a premium of Rs 103, can be converted into equity shares within 18 months, with the remaining 75% of the warrant value payable upon conversion. The move demonstrates Simplex Castings’ adherence to SEBI regulations and attracts investment from a diverse group of non-promoter investors.
