Shivalik Rasayan Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 2,82,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 250 per share to public shareholders for an aggregate amount of Rs 7,05,00,000, and 9,47,990 fully convertible warrants at a price of Rs 250 per warrant for an aggregate amount of Rs 23,69,97,500 to Growel Remedies Limited, Bishnoi Exports Private Limited, and Ginnerup Capital ApS. Following the allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital increased to Rs 8,01,61,825 comprising 1,60,32,365 equity shares, and on a fully diluted basis shall be Rs 8,49,01,775 comprising 1,69,80,355 equity shares.
