The allotment, at a price of Rs 4.71 per share, included 1,00,00,000 shares related to warrants issued on June 28, 2025, and 1,75,00,000 shares related to warrants issued on June 26, 2025, bringing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 1,01,98,74,228 comprising of 1,01,98,74,228 fully paid-up equity shares.
