SG Mart Limited, formerly known as Kintech Renewables Limited, announced the allotment of 39,200 equity shares following the exercise of options under its ‘SG Mart Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme –2023’. The allotment, approved by the company’s Allotment Committee on September 18, 2026, increased the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 12,60,35,200 divided into 12,60,35,200 shares to Rs 12,60,74,400 divided into 12,60,74,400 shares. The exercise price per share was Rs 367.85, and the company realized Rs 1,44,19,720 from the exercise, excluding tax.
