SBI Funds Management Limited, a joint venture between SBI and AMUNDI, submitted applications to BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 27, 2026, seeking their “no objection” for the reclassification of Indian Digital Payment Intelligence Corporation from the ‘Promoter Group’ category to the ‘Public’ category, following approval from State Bank of India. The company also noted that applications to the exchanges are not applicable for AIXIGO TR YAZILIM LIMITED SIRKETI, an entity forming part of the promoter group, due to its voluntary winding up.
