The company's paid-up equity share capital post the rights issue is Rs 83,92,63,500, comprised of 8,39,26,350 shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited on September 10, 2026. The board also approved the extinguishment of lapsed rights entitlements and deactivation of the associated ISIN.
