The company also approved a book closure from September 23 to September 29, 2026, and plans to shift its registered office from Rajkot to Surat within Gujarat, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the board appointed M/s. Ravindra Dhakar and Associates as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27 and Mr. Prashant Kulshrestha of M/s. JKPA & Associates as the scrutinizer for the AGM’s e-voting process.
