Raama Finance Limited, formerly known as Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Limited, announced the allotment of 4,610 unsecured, unrated, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 10,000 each, totaling Rs 4,61,00,000, on a private placement basis. The company also approved the resignation of Mr. Rajesh Singh Kaira as Managing Director and his redesignation as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, effective September 23, 2026. Additionally, Raama Finance allotted 97,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares upon the conversion of an equal number of warrants, receiving Rs 3,49,20,000 in consideration, and increasing the company's paid-up equity share capital to Rs 9,08,62,000.
