The board also appointed M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as the company’s Secretarial Auditor for five financial years through FY 2030-31 and M/s P H Shah and Co., Chartered Accountants as the Statutory Auditor for five financial years through FY 2030-31, both appointments subject to member approval at the upcoming AGM.
