The company utilized Rs 44.60 crore of the funds received in accordance with the objects stated in the Letter of Offer, with the remaining Rs 0.84 crore invested in a scheduled commercial bank. The company also stated that the remaining amount is proposed to be raised through call money in accordance with the schedule and timelines set out in the Letter of Offer.
