Akshay Singhla & Associates as statutory auditor for five years, the reappointment of Mr. Rajinder Kumar Singhania as a director, and the appointment of Mr. Sanjiv Malik as Executive and Managing Director for a period of three years, commencing September 8, 2026. The company also approved the appointment of Mr. Deepak Handa as a Non-Executive Director for two years, an increase in authorized share capital from Rs 35,00,00,000 to Rs 40,00,00,000, an alteration of the main object clause of its Memorandum of Association, and the issuance of up to 27,30,000 equity shares on a preferential basis.
