Physicswallah Limited, formerly Physicswallah Private Limited, announced the allotment of 41,22,180 fully paid-up equity shares of face value INR 1 each, following the exercise of vested stock options by eligible employees under the Physicswallah Limited Employees' Stock Option Plan, 2022. The allotment, approved by the board on September 10, 2026, increased the company’s paid-up share capital from INR 2,90,08,86,652 to INR 2,90,50,08,832, and involved 11,45,050 options exercised, realizing INR 11,45,050 for the company.
