Neelam Somani & Associates has resigned as the company’s Secretarial Auditor, effective September 4, 2026, citing personal reasons, as disclosed in their resignation letter. The resignation was tendered in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s board will appoint a new Secretarial Auditor, the details of which will be intimated to the stock exchange subsequently.
