PVV Infra Limited announced that its board approved the conversion of 99,12,608 partly paid-up equity shares into fully paid-up equity shares, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital to Rs 86,52,88,060 divided into 15,94,85,944 fully paid-up equity shares and 5,42,86,672 partly paid-up shares. The company will issue a reminder notice to holders of the remaining 5,42,86,672 partly paid-up shares regarding the outstanding Rs 20,35,75,020 in call money.
