PNB Gilts Limited announced that its board of directors appointed Amit Kumar Srivastava, Executive Director of Punjab National Bank, as a Non-Executive & Non-Independent Director, subject to approval from the Reserve Bank of India and shareholders, for a period up to the date he holds the position of Executive Director in PNB or until further orders of the Government of India. The company also approved the notice of its 30th Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 28, 2026, and set Monday, September 21, 2026, as the record date for determining eligibility to receive the final dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
