Oswal Greentech Limited announced that the Department of Economic and Tourism in Dubai, UAE, has approved the incorporation of its foreign subsidiary, Oswal Greentech Real Estate Development L.L.C, with Mr. Shael Oswal, a member of the promoter group, holding 5% of the share capital and serving as manager. The company will initially subscribe to 38,000 equity shares of AED 1,000 each, totaling AED 38 million, acquiring a 95% stake in the Dubai-based real estate development entity, which is intended to expand the company’s international business presence and undertake development projects in the UAE and GCC.
