The company also appointed Janaki Sarang Bhand as a Director liable to retire by rotation and issued a corrigendum to the notice of its 18th Annual General Meeting, scheduled for September 30, 2026, withdrawing a resolution concerning Yashas Bhand’s reappointment and proposing Mrs. Bhand’s appointment instead.
