Mphasis Limited announced that its ESOP Compensation Committee approved the allotment of 700 equity shares against the exercise of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) under Restricted Stock Units Plan 2021, according to a regulatory filing on 21 August 2026. The company noted that the Mphasis Employees Benefit Trust will deduct shares from the allotment to cover the exercise price, loan repayments, and applicable taxes, as approved by shareholders at the 30th Annual General Meeting held on 29 September 2021.
