Modison Limited announced that it has completed the transfer of its entire shareholding in its wholly owned subsidiary, Modison HV Private Limited, effective Monday, September 21, 2026, and the subsidiary has ceased to be a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. Modison Limited received Rs 27,68,000 for the sale, with the purchasers being members of the company’s Promoter/Promoter Group, and the transaction was conducted on an arm’s length basis.
