Master Trust Limited said its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 3,15,100 stock options to eligible employees under the “Master Trust Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2025,” according to a regulatory filing on Friday, October 1, 2026. Each stock option is convertible into one fully paid-up equity share with a face value of Rs 1, and the exercise price will be a discounted price not exceeding 20% of the prevailing market price, as determined by the Compensation Committee.
