The company, which has entered into Securities Purchase Agreements with NovumLake Property Fund and 360 ONE Real Assets Advantage Fund, can now proceed with the transfer of securities, including Equity Shares, Non-Convertible Debentures and Bonus Redeemable Preference Shares, to the Purchasers, subject to fulfillment of applicable conditions.
