The meeting, chaired by Nishil Shah, was attended by Managing Director Yogendrakumar Gupta Prabhudayal, and Directors Amita Chhaganbhai Pragada and Sushilkumar Goel, among others, and voting was conducted via electronic means and polling paper, with results to be submitted separately and made available on the company’s website at www.mahan.co.in.
