A total of 26 investors received shares through the share swap, while Prime Securities Limited was the sole cash consideration investor. Post-allotment, Ravikant Uppal holds 1,57,79,393 shares, Surin Holdings LLP holds 1,23,59,907 shares, and Prime Securities Limited holds 10,21,141 shares. The allotment was approved at a meeting concluding at 6:05 p.m., and signed by Whole-Time Director Mukesh Rajnarayan Gupta.
