The subsidiary, which will trade in spectacle frames and related optical products, is part of a joint venture between Lenskart Solutions Limited and Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited, with Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited holding 95% equity interest and subscribing to equity interest for an amount of RMB 1 million.
