The board also approved the reappointment of Tijo Mathew Kurisummoottil, Sivaji Gollapelli, and Ramesh Raja as Whole Time Directors, who are eligible to retire by rotation, and approved the Board Report for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The company has scheduled its Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, and set a cutoff date of September 25, 2026, for e-voting.
