The acquisition, which will be treated as a related party transaction, will involve a cash consideration not exceeding Rs 5 Lakhs and is expected to supplement the company’s growth and integrate business to serve clients better, with LGT Group Private Limited, incorporated on July 21, 2024, currently engaged in tours and travel business with negligible turnover and presence in India.
