LEAP India Limited, in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on October 12, 2026, reported that MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, confirmed the processing of securities received for dematerialisation during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, noting that no Demat/Remat requests were received or processed from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.
