IMSL Integrated Master Securities Pvt Ltd

L.T. Elevator Limited (BSE: 544518) announced it has executed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire DYPC Inc. (Dongyang PC Inc.), Seoul, South Korea, a manufacturer of automated mechanical car parking systems, marking the company’s entry into global automated parking technology. The acquisition, expected to strengthen L.T. Elevator’s technological capabilities and expand its international presence, will also contribute Rs 30 crore in revenue for the remainder of the fiscal year, with DYPC bringing an order book of approximately Rs 65 crore and a bid pipeline of Rs 700 crore.
