Jaykay Enterprises Limited announced that it acquired 200,000 preference shares, with a face value of Rs 100 each, for a total consideration of Rs 20,00,00,000 in its wholly owned subsidiary, JK Digital & Advance Systems Private Limited, as part of a rights issue. JK Digital, incorporated in July 2023, reported a turnover of Rs 47.49 lakh for the fiscal year 2025-26 and is engaged in digital and IT services, with its registered office in New Delhi. The acquisition, completed on October 5, 2026, will utilize net proceeds from the rights issue and does not alter Jaykay Enterprises’ 100% ownership of JK Digital.
