Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. confirmed to the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that securities received for dematerialization during the quarter ended September 30, 2026, were accepted or rejected by MUFG Intime India Private Limited, its Registrar and Transfer Agent, and that the securities have been listed on stock exchanges. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. also confirmed that security certificates received for dematerialization have been mutilated and cancelled after verification by the depository participant, with the depository’s name substituted in the Register of Members within 15 days.
