A group of non-promoter investors will receive 59,26,196 equity warrants and an unspecified number of equity shares through a preferential allotment. The warrants, each convertible into one equity share, carry an exercise price of Rs. 191.90, with 25% of the consideration paid upfront and the remaining 75% due upon exercise. Warrants expire 18 months from the date of allotment, forfeiting the initial payment. The allotment price for the equity shares is also Rs. 191.90. The company will adjust the number of shares issued upon warrant and convertible debenture conversion for any corporate actions occurring before conversion, and post-allotment shareholding details have been disclosed based on a fully diluted basis.
