Innovision Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that its board approved an application to the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, for a three-month extension to hold its Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Registrar of Companies, Delhi, subsequently approved the extension under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, allowing the company to convene its AGM within the extended timeline.
